Height
Standard is 1.8m. Going to 2.1m or adding a slat or lattice top adds sheets, rails and labour per metre.
Colour range
Standard colours are the base rate. Matt and Metallic finishes carry a genuine BlueScope premium.
Ground & slope
Sloping or stepped ground means more posts, raking and deeper footings, priced after a site check.
Gates
Pedestrian and sliding gates, hardware and drop bolts are quoted as line items, not hidden in the metre rate.
Site access
Rear-lane-only or tight side access slows delivery and the dig, which honest quotes account for.
Removal & disposal
Tearing out and tipping the old fence, especially concrete-set posts, is real labour worth pricing.

2Post Hole Boring
300mm diameter holes bored to 600mm depth minimum. Machine-bored for precision, never hand-dug.
3Post Setting & Concrete
75×75mm SHS galvanised posts set plumb with digital level. 20MPa concrete poured and rammed.
4Rail Installation
Top, mid, and bottom 40×40mm RHS rails fixed to posts with M10 bolts and flange plates.
5Sheet & Capping
Colorbond® sheets fixed with 14g tek screws at 2 per corrugation per rail. Capping rail installed.
